Scheduling for Instruments
  1. Schedule your time by signing the calendar online:
    1. Login first.
    2. Select an instrment and reserve time and/or view schedule.
    3. Notes:
      • For login password contact Jerry Hu
      • Time Limits: Min 15min and Max. 1hr during 8:00am-5:00pm for Avance 200MHz NMR spectrometer. Time length for reservation on Avance 500MHz NMR, Avance 300MHz NMR, IR/Raman and Fluorimeter is flexible unless crowdness occurs.
      • Time reserved but not used will be charged at THREE QUATERS of regular prices
      • Cancellation Policy: at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, or 3/4 of the scheduled time will be charged
  2. Walkin usage: the spectrometers can be used on walkin basis if they are idle or the person who has the time slot doesn't show up within half an hour of his/her scheduled time.
  3. A meeting will be held in case of occasional rushes to use the instruments.
  4. Development Engineer reserves the rights for spectrometer maintanance, troubleshooting, and repairing.
