The DMA measures mechanical properties and viscoelastic behavior of solids and thin films.

Elastomers, thermosets, composites, biopolymers

Instrument: The TA Instruments DMA 850 tests mechanical properties of your materials as a function of time, temperature, and frequency, allowing calculation of Storage Modulus, Loss Modulus, and Tan delta. The gas cooling accessory lets it work in the temperature range of -150ºC to 250ºC. 

Sample sizes vary by clamp. See table below for more info on available clamps
