Chocolate is a common treat enjoyed by billions all over the world. This activity explores how processing affects the final properties of chocolate, and allows students to directly see the impact of heat treatments in the final product of a material.
The workshop takes approximately one hour to complete but is flexible enough to adapt to different environments including school classrooms and visiting groups to UCSB.
